Anyone else feel like they need to take a deep breath right now? I believe that with the current COVID-19 pandemic we all need the mindfulness tools to counteract the insistent fear and anxiety sweeping our homes and the globe. If you want to find more centering and presence in your life during this pandemic, then join me for a 4-week Mindfulness Meditation 101 course via zoom. Here is what we will cover in the four week course:
Week 1: What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness of Body & Breath
Week 2: Mindfulness of Thoughts
Week 3: Mindfulness of Feelings and Emotions?
Week 4: Mindfulness in Everyday Life during a Pandemic
Each week we will meet via zoom for a 1.5 hr session together including a talk on the theme, meditation instruction and practice, and Q & As. Then for your at home practice during the week, each day you will practice pre-recorded meditation(s) of the week.
