This Artful Meditation series will explore the nature of the mind, body and heart using traditional mindfulness practices with the creative arts.
Description: Replenish your inner well in this nourishing and inspiring Artful Meditation series, specifically oriented for practices to address the stresses of this challenging global pandemic period. Throughout each week you will explore the intuitive and mindful connections between contemplative practice (sitting meditation) and creative practice (drawing, painting, writing, etc.).
Notes: All art materials will need to be provided by each participant, very minimal materials needed. No prior meditation or art experience required. Computer and internet access required for participation.
